How can we help you?

We offer you a psychological help service through different spaces of therapeutic intervention that will contribute to: better knowledge of the disease in each of itsphases, and coping strategies to facilitate adaptation to the circumstances and to help reduce suffering and emotional overload.

Because each person, family and situation is different, we also offer you different forms of intervention.

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL INTERVENTION

Weekly or fortnightly sessions in which to address difficult situations like confrontation and emotional overflow, or to increase awareness of how to control impulse, anger and anxiety. Management or problems with relationships, improvement of psychopathological stability, etc. These sessions can also be as a couple or family group if the intervention requires it.

ADVISORY SESSIONS

Information sessions, guidance and/or emotional support in the face of decision-making or situations that require immediate intervention.

THERAPEUTIC GROUP OF PARENTS OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS

An especially difficult time is the onset of the disease when our children are young. We invite you to join this group in which you can meet other parents who, like you, want to learn, support each other and find better answers.

With therapeutic guidance on a monthly basis, our psychology team will help you improve your relationship with your child, acquire tools that will allow you to better understand the disease and manage life in a more satisfying way on a day-to-day basis.

THERAPEUTIC GROUPS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS

We offer you a group approach for different situations that you may be facing: problems understanding and accepting the disease, difficulty keeping up healthy habits. You will alsowork on issues such as the ability to relate, work your self-esteem and other issues that you think we can support you on.
