My first person experience<\/h3>\n

You think that nothing was worth what they told you, that you thought that you would just recover, that everything would solve it self and it is not like that. In those moments we do need to be forced to do things, because if we let ourselves go, the disease drags us to the depths.<\/p>\n

When you have a crisis, the world and life break down and most of the time those close to you are lost.<\/p>\n

In my case, the only thing I had left was my family, but despite this, it was difficult for me to speak with my relatives, why? I think several factors play a role. For one thing, the disease leaves you so dejected, apathetic, and uncomfortable that you don’t want to know anything about anyone or the world. Another thing is negative thoughts, you think only about your problems, not good things and you create a world in chaos due to low self-esteem and insecurity.<\/p>\n

If you ask me how you can help a family member with this disease, I will say that the person has to come to understand that everything that is done is for their good and not against them, they have to distract their mind, occupy the time with tasks and activities (music and reading helped me a lot), creating a routine (in this sense social services and associations helped me a lot) .Encourage the person to fight for their wellbeing, alone or with help, even if you don’t feel like it or feel bad, you have to do it because the disease is not going to overcome itself. And above all patience, nothing is achieved overnight, it took me 10 years to overcome apathy and insecurities and today I still have to be patient.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
