Of all the young people who noticed symptoms, only half asked for help. The most common symptoms\/diagnoses are depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"texto-blanco\">Childhood and adolescence is a crucial period. Multiple physical, emotional, and social changes can make children and adolescents vulnerable to mental health problems. offer tools to seek their involvement as active agents and ambassadors of mental health care in the classroom.<\/li>\n<li>Create environments and living conditions that promote mental health as well as respect and protection of rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row gap=&#8221;25&#8243;
